The exhibition has around 600 different business entities taking part from 26 countries in an area which covers 44,000 square meters, and hence the largest show in Asia. This is basically a Government organized show in association with Indian Air Force, Department of Space and DRDO. The first edition of this was in the year 1996 and was a great success and this is the 9th edition.
The highlight of course is the brilliant and acrobatic display by our aerobatics demonstration teams of Indian Air Force, Surya Kiran (meaning Sun Rays) and Sarang (meaning Peacock). And Surya Kiran needs no explanation, as it is renowned for its aerobatics world over and consists of worlds most dangerous dare devils in air and so is Sarang
Check out the pictures taken by my friend Shaiju Mohan. He is an awesome photographer (s/w engg by profession though). Check out a few of his 'coding with the camera' :)
