Anant Pai



Today is Anant Pai’s 82nd Birthday…

Anant Pai was the pioneer of Amar Chitra Katha series. A great educationalist and creator of various Indian comics. Amar Chitra Katha series are stories from Indian folk tales, biographies of historical characters and mythological stories. Indian kids for generations grown up listening to grandma stories till the inception of Amar Chitra Katha stories in the late 1960’s.

You will be in the hearts of Indians forever Sir as the contributions you made to us is Priceless and Eternal!
