Shashi Tharoor in TED talks

Shashi Tharoor a creative author, journalist, columnist and human rights advocate, shot to fame recently for all the wrong reasons connected with IPL the Indian version of English Premier League. And he quit his position of Minister of State for External Affairs last week. Former United Nations Under-Secretary General for Communications and Public Information, he was also a strong contender in the Election for Secretary-General of the United Nations with Ban Ki-moon.
