The Big Banyan Tree Pictures

Here are the pictures as promised...














The tree is spread over for about 4 acres














It is fenced and maintained as a park














Believe it.... it is 'one tree' (only a very few branches visible in this picture)














The mother root is completelty detached from the rest














Branches hanging on all sides, inclined towards the ground














It has a vertical root system














The main stem has given life to many roots and branches

'Regular Visitors' who lives in and around the tree
